If we send you the wrong order, Sheepy Life will send you the correct one for free. However, you must contact us within 7 days after delivery has taken place.

If part of your order is damaged before delivery, Sheepy Life will replace the damaged component(s) of your order if we are contacted about the issue within 7 days after the order is delivered.

Sheepy Life is not responsible for any damage incurred after delivery.

If you would not like an order sent back to us, please contact us. We will accept returns, however you must contact us within 7 days after delivery and shipping costs for sending the product back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return an order to exchange it for another one, it is best to call us first. In general, we will send you the desired order upon receiving the return. In this instance, shipping costs of the returned item and for the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, and you DO NOT want us to send you the correct one, and you solely wish to return the bracelet and receive a refund, then Sheepy Life will refund your order in full upon receiving the returned product.
